The Matthew "Mateo" Henderson Fund

A Legacy across Nations

Matt's heart was so full of Love and Compassion for the impoverished Haitians and Dominicans in the Dominican Republic. Although Matt is with the Lord, HFH will continue to carry out Matt's passion and legacy by serving and supporting the Dominicans and Haitians in whatever specific needs they have.

Every dollar donated to Matt's Legacy Fund will flow directly to the people by providing:

Clean water for drinking and cooking to Prevent waterborne Bacterial and Parasitic illnesses that are Endemic in the DR., like Leptospirosis, HookWorm, and Giardia
Antibiotics to heal Bacterial and Parasitic illnesses caused by contaminated water.
Proper repellant and preventative medications to help prevent mosquito borne illnesses.
Medical Care for Diabetes, Cancers and more.
Food for those that cannot afford daily meals.
Small construction projects such as building frames for mattresses to keep them off the ground so they don't get soaked when it rains. Or roofs to keep their homes dry.
Support to the elderly who have no means to buy food and clean water.
