Meet Our Full Time Missionaries
The Vincik family serves as the leaders of Hope for Hispaniola's ongoing work in the Dominican Republic.
Answering the Call to Serve
In 2018, Jake and Faye Vincik committed to full time missions work with Hope for Hispaniola.
"I went on my first mission trip in 2011. I went to check if off my Christian check list(had a lot to learn). My 2 or 3rd night I had an intense dream/vision so strong it woke me up shaking. God said I was to move to the DR, build a camp in the mountains, and serve His youth. If you have been to HFH you can see how God kept His promise. "

“I never imagined pursuing full time missions. All I can say is that this is a total God thing. Who am I to serve God in a third world country? Who am I to share the Gospel? I'm broken, I'm a sinner, and I have a past. God is in the business of using people like me to do His work. All through the Bible are stories of messed up people becoming great servants and I would like to be one of those servants.”
